JWI: Color Blind

Just Wing It

I have a bunch of little comics about things that have been happening to me in real life, I figure why not share them with you and give 'em a title. I picked "What Reality Check?" because looking at all these instances I've written down, they don't really sound like they actually happened, many sound so nuts they just can't be real. So we're just too cool for a reality check.

This one was paraphrased from a conversation with my colorblind brother and our friend

Retlock is not completely colorblind. Actually, he's the most common type of colorblindness which is called red-green colorblind. Basically, it means he screws up red and green colors. There are certain shades of red and green that he can't tell apart from each other (I've seen him look at something bright red and call it green, and vice versa) he thinks darker shades of green are black or gray, and that lightish shades of green are yellow. And he almost can't see the color purple entirely.

And yes I actually did a check with him, he can't see that shade of purple on the dress. He immediately said blue.
