Of course, they never specifically said it meant he was missing his legs.

I got got so unmotivated while drawing this one ... I've had it sketched and rough inked like this for near a week and I left it thinking I could color it for the group ... but just can't bring myself to clean it up and color it, so I'm afraid it's gonna be rough inks on this one.

No clue who the people are.
